Trovato Group offers an affordable and cost controlled customized progressive recruitment solution to client companies. This progressive service can be implemented prior to or in conjunction with an executive search to assist you with the identification of “active market” to “passive market” candidates to meet the staffing need.
Our service is in effect an “extension of the client’s internal recruiting resources” resulting in reduced time and cost as well as process efficiency and effectiveness. This cost effective customized progressive service allows a client company to utilize the services they need, when and as they need them.
A client is able to select any combination of ancillary recruitment service to full executive services based on client interest and need. The progressive services available include:
- Internet job posting site specific to the banking industry with ties to WBA if desired
- TG management and professional screening of all candidate resumes received from any or all paid job board sites used by the client
- TG will write effective job posting ads
- TG will complete initial phone screening interview to qualify candidates for internal consideration
- TG will develop and complete references
- If a qualified candidate is not identified from the pool of active candidates a full executive search can be authorized, if needed
