Our staff is highly educated holding PHD, MBA, and BBA degrees allowing us to communicate at all levels of a Client’s organization, analyze and assess complex organizational issues, effectively interact with industry professionals as well as presenting and representing our Clients in the market with the highest level of professionalism and effectiveness.

REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Our direct hands-on work experience within the real estate industry includes over twenty years of experience working for a Real Estate Development and Management Company, leading the operations for a Real Estate Development Company, licensed real estate salesperson & Broker eligible, currently owns and managers a mixed asset portfolio of office, retail and residential properties.  This direct involvement and exposure to the industry provides an understanding of real estate operations, risk and demands that position Trovato Group to more closely relate to the interests and needs of our Clients which are unmatched by our competitors.

Over twenty five years of corporate human resource management and executive consulting experience providing an in-depth knowledge and experience base in staff selection, interviewing, compensation development, organizational development, cultural change, performance management, policy & procedure development, and employee retention.  We provide human resource consulting to assist you in your organizational planning as part of our search service and on a fee for service basis.
