Our staff is highly educated, holding PHD, MBA, and BBA degrees. This allows us to communicate at all levels of a client’s organization, analyze and assess complex organizational issues, effectively interact with industry professionals, and represent our clients in the market with the highest level of professionalism and effectiveness.

REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
Our direct hands-on work experience within the real estate industry includes over twenty years of experience that includes working for a real estate development and management company, leading the operations for a real estate development company, working as a licensed real estate salesperson who is broker eligible, and currently working as an owner and manager of a mixed asset portfolio of office, retail and residential properties.  This direct involvement and exposure to the industry provides an understanding of real estate operations, risk, and demands that position Trovato Group to closely relate to the interests and needs of our clients. Our firm has over twenty five years of corporate human resource management and executive consulting experience.
