As Director for Trovato Group, Stacey Barron is located in and manages our Indianapolis, IN office. Stacey possesses a rare combination of internal commercial real estate recruitment complemented by experience within the executive search industry which enables her to provide an exceptional level of service to our Clients.
Stacey has over six years of experience in recruitment specializing in commercial real estate services including: construction, development, property management, engineering and architecture. As Manager, Corporate Recruitment, she was a direct employee of a $400M National Development and General Contracting company where she gained unique insight and knowledge of commercial development, construction and asset operations. During her tenure with this company, she was directly responsible for and successfully facilitated the recruitment of over 300 employees at all levels and across all departments. Stacey has effectively and efficiently redesigned staffing systems, policies and procedures that resulted in the acquisition of talented professionals at a reduced cost to the Company. Prior to this experience, she excelled as a National Executive Recruiter serving the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industry where she was consistently recognized as a top producer of talent for her Client companies.
The hallmark of Stacey’s continued success has been her ability to establish relationships with real estate industry professionals enabling her to introduce candidates to her Clients that others cannot access. She has outstanding relationships with Clients offering added value as a human resource consultant related to staffing, employee selection, interviewing and organizational development. She prides herself in her ability to establish strong relationships with Clients and industry professionals based on her real estate knowledge, consulting experience and problem solving abilities all resulting in exceeding of both Client and industry professional expectations.
Prior to pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate Recruitment, Stacey enjoyed success in the bio-medical industry as a Regional Sales Manager. She pursued, developed and maintained long-term relationships with Cardiovascular and Orthopedic professionals, including surgeons and hospital administrators; which resulted in increased production and revenue.
Stacey obtained her Bachelors degree from Indiana University.
