As Director for Trovato Group, Rian Gamble is located in our South-West Corporate office. Rian brings an unique combination of real estate and human resource experience that positions him to provide exceptional service to Clients and industry based guidance to professionals.

Rian has over five years of experience developing hotels, restaurants and other real estate projects throughout the United States. Rian managed the entitlement approval process, specializing in working with local and state government organizations relating to development projects. In addition he has secured significant incentives for development projects, including forms of Tax Incremental Financing, Tax Abatement, and low interest loans from local governments. Rian is also knowledgeable in the design and construction process, serving as a Managing Partner for the hotel and restaurant companies. Through Rian’s experience in development and oversight of construction, he has worked with a wide range of real estate professionals and understands what it takes to be successful. This knowledge and experience provides him with the tools required to effectively consult with Clients and manage executive search assignments.

Prior to Rian’s experience developing real estate, he was employed by several Wisconsin municipalities in areas including Human Resources, Zoning, and ultimately as a Municipal Manager. Most recently, he was the City Administrator in one of the most rapidly growing small communities in the State of Wisconsin. Rian’s focus on economic development led to a number of high profile commercial, retail and residential developments under his tenure. Rian obtained his Bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, and is completing his Masters degree at University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
