He also sits on the board of Directors for more-HR (members of real estate - Human Resources). More-HR is a real estate specific human resources networking group that is a testament to the dedication and entrepreneurial spirit he brings everyday. Mr. Kemp was instrumental in the launch of more-Careers, a real estate job board site that attracts 'active' job seekers within the industry. His clients range from private to public Owner/Developers, Institutional, Corporate, Third Party, Real Estate Investment companies, Banks, Wind Farm developers and related firms.

Mr. Kemp brings a unique combination of professional experience involving business start-ups, bank management and investment sales, positioning him to effectively manage a range of real estate and banking assignments. Mr. Kemp is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a comprehensive Management Degree - Entrepreneur Emphasis. His passion for Real Estate and Finance has afforded him the opportunity to identify and place talented professionals with his clients.
