Kleopatra was born into the restaurant and hotel industry and has an intimate understanding of the needs and concerns of both owners and operators. Her clients’ success is due to her helping them to acquire professionals who excel in their particular field. With more than 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Recruiting Kleopatra has built the foundation to be a leader in her field. Recently as the Director of Sales and Marketing, she managed a $1.1 million renovation project while growing base business resulting in positive cash flow for the hotel. She has accommodated guests like The National Secret Service as well as celebrities such as Donny Osmond and Buddy Jewel.

As an active member of her community she prides herself on having served on the area college’s Advisory Board as well as being the hotelier’s primary representative to the city Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Kleopatra regularly conducts seminars on topics such as: Effective Interviewing, Workplace Etiquette, The Coming Business Trends and has also conducted several resume writing workshops. Kleopatra’s experience in Recruiting has given her the insight and skill to be an effective career coach. She readily recognizes the strengths in candidates and is able to optimize her client’s financial portfolio by matching the best talent available with the needs of their company.
